Rogue Lords is a tactical roguelike about difficulty in Underworl—but not the sort of trouble you might expect. The Devil is having a rough go of things after taking an ass-kick from the forces of good, you envision, so atomic number 2's set up a heavy-batsman E-Team up (that's E for Evil, past the way) that includes Bloody Mary, Genus Dracula, the White Lady, and Magnate Samedi, and He's leading them on a crusade to reclaim his territory over Earth. Classic Satan stuff.
It's probably not as sorry as IT sounds—as we explained during the 2020 PC Gaming Show, these badly guys are only helping out the Devil because they owe him a privilege (Satan helps you move and you never hear the end of it), and while the visual style isn't on the nose Crazy Toons, it strikes me As a far cry from the stern grimness of Darkest Keep. And the G-Team (that's G for Good, away the way) may not embody quite what it seems, either. Demon hunters are never full up-front about what they're actually up to, after completely.
Publisher Nacon born a new trailer today teasing more gameplay and the importance of not playing by the rules (something you'll no more doubt comprise shocked to see that the Devil actually has a talent for), and also declared the PC release date of September 30. Rogue Lords will represent available on Steam clean and the Epic Games Store, and you can feast your eyes on a gross bunch of new screens below.
